Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Belships ASA (the “Company” or “Belships”) on 30 April 2019, regarding the acquisition of a 55,866 dwt bulk carrier from Prospero Marine Ltd (the “Transaction”) and the issuance of consideration shares by Belships.
Belships has in connection with the completion of the Transaction issued 7,405,114 new Belships shares to Prospero Marine Ltd, and following the issuance there are 212,224,705 shares outstanding in Belships, each with a nominal value of NOK 2. The share capital increase was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today, on 1 August 2019. The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 424,449,410.
