Belships ASA provides shipping transportation services in a global market with customers and partners in all parts of the world. Commercial operations are provided by Lighthouse Navigation and the technical management and crewing by Belships Management, both subsidiaries of Belships ASA. Our group’s business is managed from offices in Oslo, Bangkok, Singapore, Tianjin, Shanghai and Melbourne.

Since a merger with the Lighthouse Group in 2018, Belships’ has been focused on creating growth and expansion.

The company is now well positioned to capitalise on a strong dry bulk market. The Belships fleet counts 30 Supramax/Ultramax bulk carriers, with an average age of 4 years and average cash breakeven of about USD 10 500.

Our strategy is to develop Belships as an owner and operator of geared bulk carriers, through quality of operations and pursue accretive growth opportunities for the purpose of maximising shareholder value. Based on current market expectations, we expect to generate significant free cash flow and aim to pay quarterly dividends as announced with our dividend policy.

Lighthouse Navigation – Commercial manager and dry bulk operator

The Lighthouse Navigation Group, subsidiaries of Belships ASA, offers services within transportation, ship agency and commercial management. Lighthouse Navigation was founded in 2009 and has a strong financial and operation track record since inception. Main commodities which are transported and traded are steels, agricultural products such as rice, grains and fertilizers in addition to forest products and building materials.

Belships Management – Technical and crewing management

Belships Management (Singapore), a subsidiary of Belships ASA, provide technical and crewing operations from offices in Singapore, Tianjin and Shanghai. The company was founded in 1983 and have international shipowners as clients in addition to Belships.
