Lars Christian Skarsgård, CEO in Belships ASA, has today through his company AS Torinitamar acquired 15,100 shares in Belships ASA at a price of NOK 6.69 per share. After the acquisition Skarsgård holds 430,000 shares and 5,000,000 options in Belships ASA.
